1 Manual upload (BrickLink XML)
Generate the BrickLink inventory XML, paste it on BrickLink’s upload page, and your lots are created there.
Prices in the XML are entered in your store currency. After uploading, review the lots on BrickLink before they go live, then use “Mark all as uploaded” to tidy this list.
2 Direct upload via BrickLink API
Instantly add the review list to your store inventory. You need API credentials from BrickLink — it takes 2 minutes to create them.

Listing defaults
Off = BrickLink removes the lot when it sells out. On = keep an empty lot in inventory.
Every auto-filled price is multiplied by this (e.g. 1.25 = +25%) before discounts. 1.00 = no change.
Applied to new Add Item lots. Use 0 to leave Sale % blank.
Applied to new Add Item and Review lots. Use 0 to hide Cost on those pages.
Which BrickLink value auto-fills Price Each when you add an item. 6-Month Avg is the default.
On Add Item, when a part has more than one known color, the color list opens right away — the correct price can’t be pulled until a color is picked. Single-color parts are unaffected (their color is auto-applied instead).
Thumbnail Color Cascade
Customize which colors appear first for part thumbnails across the app (Browse Catalog, Add Item, etc.). If a part doesn't come in your 1st choice, the app checks each preference down to Option 5 (Next Available Color).

Counts the BrickLink API calls this app makes from this browser today (since midnight, your time zone), so you can see where you stand against BrickLink’s 5,000-calls-per-day limit. It’s kept on this device and survives closing the app — BrickLink’s own dashboard is still the official number.
Consolidation
When Add Item finds the same part, colour and condition in more than one store lot, consolidation lets you merge those duplicate lots together in BrickLink — picking one location to keep and moving the others to it. A “move ticket” keeps a record of where the parts were and where they belong, so someone can physically move them. This is being built up step by step; the options below are stored now and start working as each piece lands.
Separate multiple addresses with commas. Email delivery is wired up in a later step — until then these addresses are saved but no mail is sent.
How labels print
Silent — print relay. Labels go straight to the printer: no print window, exact size every time, and Print Lock auto-print works fully silently. Set up the print relay below first — after that, leave everything as it is and labels flow through it automatically.
If the relay is ever offline when you print, the label waits in the queue and prints the moment it reconnects — nothing to redo.
On the Add Item page, tap the printer icon to print one label. Press and hold it to lock (auto-print each new lot) or unlock.

Why you need a small helper
Labels print straight to the Brother printer with no print window — that is what makes them the right size every time. But a web browser is deliberately locked down on every device: a website cannot open a direct connection to a printer on your Wi‑Fi. The Brother QL listens on port 9100, a raw network socket no browser API can reach, and Safari/Chrome on a phone force printing through AirPrint — which feeds a long blank strip instead of a label.
So a tiny “bridge” program has to run on some device on the same Wi‑Fi as the printer. On Windows or macOS that bridge is the free print relay and it works today. On Android or iPhone it runs inside a small app (Termux or Pythonista) — that one-tap setup is coming soon.

This device's Print Key ties your labels to your relay — every device that prints to the same printer uses this same key (copy it, or move it with your Settings backup). New key orphans any relay still using the old one, so only tap it if a key leaked.
Adding another phone in this house? Tap Copy Print Key and text the key to them. On their phone, they tap Use shared key here and paste it — from then on all phones in the house print to the same relay.

The print relay is a small, free program that runs on the Windows PC and sends labels straight to the Brother printer over your Wi‑Fi. The setup file below does everything itself — it even installs its own private copy of Node.js, so there is nothing to install first and no commands to type.
- On this device (the phone or computer you print from), tap Download setup for Windows. The file already contains this device's Print Key.
- Move the downloaded file to the PC that stays on near the printer — email it to yourself, or use a USB stick.
- On the PC, double-click BrickWorks-Relay-Setup.bat. If Windows shows a blue “protected your PC” box, tap More info → Run anyway — the file was made by your own BrickWorks app.
- The setup window finds your Brother printer and starts the relay. It can also start itself every time the PC logs in. A “BrickWorks Relay” shortcut lands on the desktop for later.
Needs a Windows 10/11 PC on the same Wi‑Fi as the Brother printer. Downloaded the file on the PC instead of here? The setup window will offer to keep the key built into the file — replace it with the Print Key shown above on the device you print from, then re-open this page once so it notices the relay. Android — Termux FREE · WORKS NOW
Print straight from this phone — no computer needed. Termux is a free app (no ads) that runs our little bridge program on the phone and sends labels to the Brother printer over your Wi‑Fi. One-time setup, about 5 minutes:
- Tap “Copy setup command” below — do this first, while you’re still in BrickWorks. The command already has your Print Key inside it, so you will never type anything.
- Install the Termux app — the Google Play button below is the easiest way (Termux is back on Play and kept up to date).
- Open Termux once and wait until the text stops scrolling. Don’t type anything.
- Press and hold your finger on the black screen → tap Paste → tap the Enter key. The command you copied in step 1 goes in.
- Wait about 2 minutes. Lots of scrolling text is normal. When you see ✓ BrickWorks relay running — labels now print, it’s done. (If Android asks to let Termux install something, tap Allow — that’s Node.js, one time only.)
- Come back here and tap “Send test label” (top of this page). A label prints → you’re set up forever.
Every day after: nothing — labels just print. If the phone ever restarts, open Termux once and the relay starts itself (install the free “Termux:Boot” add-on and even that isn’t needed). Labels not coming out? Check the phone and printer are on the same Wi‑Fi, open Termux, and paste the same command again — it repairs everything. Still stuck? Reset relay (just below) erases the relay’s saved settings on this phone and reinstalls fresh.
Relay playing up? If Termux can see the printer but BrickWorks can’t, tap Reset relay, switch to Termux, press and hold the black screen, tap Paste, then tap the Enter key. The one line it copies erases the relay’s saved settings on this phone and reinstalls everything fresh — same Print Key, nothing to retype, about 2 minutes.
iPhone / iPad — Pythonista PAID APP · NEW
Print straight from this iPhone — no computer needed. iOS doesn’t allow a free terminal app, so the bridge lives in Pythonista 3 (App Store, one-time purchase, yours forever). One-time setup, about 5 minutes:
- Tap “Copy setup code” below — do this first, while you’re still in BrickWorks. Your Print Key is inside the code, so you’ll never type anything.
- Buy & install Pythonista 3 from the App Store (button below).
- Open Pythonista once. Close any tips it shows — you want the mostly-empty screen with a
>>>prompt at the bottom. - Tap the
>>>line, hold your finger, tap Paste, then tap Return (the return key). - If the iPhone asks “Pythonista would like to find and connect to devices on your local network” — tap Allow. Printing needs this.
- Wait about 15 seconds — it finds your Brother printer, saves a “BrickWorks Relay” button in Pythonista for later, and prints ✓ BrickWorks relay running — labels now print. If no printer is found automatically, it asks once for the printer’s IP address — on the printer: Menu → WLAN → IP Addr (same Wi-Fi as this iPhone, not Guest).
- Come back here and tap “Send test label” (top of this page). A label prints → you’re set up forever.
Every day after: open Pythonista, tap BrickWorks Relay, tap the ▶ Run button — labels print while Pythonista is open. Anything sent while it’s closed (or the phone is locked) waits in the queue and prints the moment you start it again. Setting up another iPhone? Copy the setup code there and paste it once.
Comments
Manage your saved comments. Rows are kept sorted A–Z by the Comments column. Add a row, type into any cell, and your changes are saved automatically. The switch on the Remarks column turns Remarks on or off: when it is off, the Remarks text is kept here but will not be carried over to the Add Item page.

Store Inventory
Download your BrickLink store once, then Add Item can fill Remarks and Comments from lots you already have — without a new API call every part. BrickLink cannot search by part number, so this full download is the reliable way.
